Our experienced consultants will advise your team 2-3 days per week for a duration you choose, with the option of increasing the time commitment during surge periods (pending consultant availability). Perfect for clients that want guidance, but prefer not to have consultants onsite full-time.

Customized methodology with training
Methodologies are not one-size-fits all. We have a library of methodologies that can be customized to meet the needs of your acquisition or divestiture. Customized assets will be yours to keep. Training services are available upon request, but may require an additional hours commitment.

Our consultants have extensive deal contract experience, and can provide contract review assistance to your or your attorneys.
